background in leadership and teambuilding Rachel Spooncer
specialises in coaching senior managers and executives on
leadership development and managing change. She has worked
with a wide range of senior executives to improve their impact
and effectiveness and to develop the
appropriate leadership styles to increase
the performance of their teams. She also delivers
team building programmes for leaders who want to create
high performance cultures. |

Rachel has had extensive line management and change management experience
in a Blue chip company where her leadership
and coaching skills were widely recognised as highly effective
in developing people and team effectiveness. She worked
in a series of design, manufacturing, technology and change
management roles at a senior level. Six years ago she was
elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and is actively involved in
their initiatives in developing leadership in engineering.
Rachel has had extensive training in coaching skills and is accredited as a
Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. She is also
experienced in using a range of supporting tools such as psychometric tests and
360 degree feedback.

Wendy Briers is a highly experienced consultant
specialising in leadership, executive coaching and organisation
development. She has worked with substantial numbers of Senior
Executives to improve their business performance, team effectiveness
and personal leadership. She also specialises on the people
side of large scale restructuring exercises to ensure effective
integration and commercial success. |

Wendy spent 18 years

building new organisation structures and teams. Wendy has attended

Sue
